Slash Commands Reference
By the end of this page, you’ll know every slash command Tickets has, without needing to guess from Discord’s own autocomplete.
Most day-to-day ticket work happens through dashboard buttons or the buttons Discord shows directly on a ticket thread - these commands are the equivalent shortcuts for people who’d rather stay in a keyboard-driven flow.

Inside a ticket thread | The ticket’s opener (if your server allows user-closing) or support staff | Closes the ticket thread - same transcript/notification flow as the Close button. |

Inside a ticket thread | Support team members who also hold Discord’s Manage Threads permission | Removes a user from the thread by pasted @mention or user ID. |

Anywhere in the server | Anyone | Posts a private, role-aware quick guide - a different one depending on whether you’re the server owner, support staff, or a regular member. |

Anywhere in the server | Server admins (Administrator permission) | Shows the server’s current premium status, or - if it isn’t premium yet - a button that opens Discord’s own purchase flow. See Premium. |
To add someone to a ticket thread (rather than remove them), just @mention them in the thread - Discord adds them automatically; there’s no separate command for that.
