Invite the bot
By the end of this page, Tickets will be a member of your Discord server and ready to be configured from the dashboard.
1. Make sure you can invite bots
Section titled “1. Make sure you can invite bots”You need the Manage Server permission on the Discord server you want to add Tickets to. If you don’t have it, ask someone who does - the same permission is also what makes a server show up in your dashboard’s server list later, so it’s worth confirming now.
2. Open the invite link
Section titled “2. Open the invite link”Use the Add to your server button on ticketsbot.ovh, or this direct link:
https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=1346170402820325396&scope=bot%20applications.commands&permissions=360777337856Discord will ask you to pick which server to add the bot to, then show a consent screen listing the permissions it’s requesting.
3. Confirm
Section titled “3. Confirm”Click Authorize. Tickets should appear in your server’s member list within a few seconds.
The invite link above already requests only the permissions Tickets actually uses - no Administrator, no access to roles, channel overwrites, bans, or server settings. See Permissions & intents for the full breakdown of what each one is for.
Head to The dashboard, first login to log in and find your newly-added server.
