Premium

By the end of this page, you’ll know exactly what changes when a server is premium, what the free tier actually gets, and how to unlock it.

Every server has a maximum number of open tickets per member and a maximum number of ticket panels it can create. As configured today, free servers get 1 open ticket per member and 2 panels; premium servers get 5 of each. These numbers are admin-configurable on the bot’s side, not fixed in code, so treat them as the current defaults rather than a permanent promise - your server’s actual ceiling is always shown live on its own Settings page (for tickets) and Ticket Panels page (for the panel quota).

Under Server Settings > Colour Scheme, premium servers can pick their own Success Color and Failure Color for ticket embeds. Non-premium servers see the fields locked with a “Premium” badge.

Under Server Settings, premium servers can replace the bot’s default “Powered by ticketsbot.ovh” footer text on ticket embeds with their own.

Premium servers can flag any ticket as priority from the Tickets list - it sorts to the top with a flag badge, so urgent tickets don’t get lost in a busy queue.

Closed-ticket transcripts are kept for 30 days on free servers, 365 days on premium servers, by current default (same admin-configurable caveat as the ticket/panel ceilings above). Once a transcript’s window passes, its link shows as expired rather than deleted-without-explanation - the ticket’s own record is unaffected either way, only the saved conversation content.

On My Tickets, replying to your own open ticket without leaving the dashboard is available when the ticket’s own server is premium - regardless of whether you personally administer that server.

Multi-panels - grouping several ticket panels behind one Discord message - require premium to create, edit, publish, or sync. Viewing, deleting, or unpublishing an existing one stay available on any server.

Premium servers can let a non-admin staff member who sits on one of your support Teams sign in to the dashboard with a team-scoped view - they can see, claim, close, and reply to tickets for their teams’ panels, without being handed full server-admin access. Turn it on under Server Settings; on non-premium servers the toggle is locked with a “Premium” badge.

Run /premium in your server - you’ll need the Administrator permission there, since buying premium unlocks it for the whole server, not just you. If the server isn’t premium yet, the command replies with a button that opens Discord’s own native purchase flow: Discord handles the payment and the subscription entirely, so there’s nothing to fill in on our side. If the server is already premium, the same command just shows its current status instead.

Because it’s Discord’s own checkout, it only ever opens inside Discord - that’s also why your account’s My Subscription page (linked from the sidebar) shows a server’s live status but has no “buy” button of its own: Discord’s purchase flow can’t be completed from a browser page on our domain, so the actual button lives on /premium.

If a server’s status ever looks wrong - doesn’t match what Discord shows on your subscription, or a purchase didn’t take effect - reach out in our Discord; status can also be corrected by hand where needed.

See FAQ for a couple of premium-related questions that come up often, like why a second panel is blocked on the free tier.
