Built for how Discord support really works

A private thread per request

Every ticket opens its own private thread for the member and your support staff - nothing gets mixed up, nothing gets buried.

Panels members understand

Publish a panel with a button in any channel. Members click, a ticket opens - no commands to learn.

Teams and permissions

Organize staff into support teams with role-based permissions, so the right people see the right tickets.

Updates where you work

Ticket activity lands in Discord as it happens - claims, replies and closes, visible to the team in real time.

Automatic transcripts

Closed tickets keep a full transcript for reference and record-keeping, with retention that scales with your plan.

Closing is one click

Members close their own ticket with the Close button or by typing !close - with an optional reason, honoring your confirmation setting.

Discord is where members ask.
The dashboard is where work gets done.

Frequently asked questions

What is Tickets?

Tickets is a Discord ticket bot with a full web dashboard. Members open a support request from a panel in your server, and your staff answer it in a private thread - while you configure panels, teams and permissions from the browser rather than through slash commands.

Why does each ticket use a thread instead of a channel?

Most ticket bots create a new channel for every request, which clutters the server and runs into Discord's channel limits. Tickets opens a private thread instead: the member and your support staff get a dedicated space, and your channel list stays exactly as you designed it.

Is Tickets free?

Yes, and the free tier is a real one. Every server can run the bot, publish ticket panels, use role-based teams and get transcripts. Free servers currently allow 1 open ticket per member and 2 ticket panels; premium raises both to 5 and adds priority tickets, custom embed colours and footer branding, multi-panels, replying from the web, and longer transcript retention.

How do I set up a ticket system in my Discord server?

Three steps, and no setup wizard. Invite the bot to your server, sign in to the dashboard with Discord - it detects the servers you already administer - then create at least one support team and publish your first ticket panel.

What happens to a ticket after it is closed?

Closing a ticket saves a full transcript you can read back from the dashboard, so a closed conversation is still a record rather than a deleted thread. Free servers currently keep transcripts for 30 days, premium servers for 365.

Give every request a clear place to go.
