Clearer pricing, team access for staff, sharper docs
新增
- A full pricing page in all four languages, with a complete free-vs-premium comparison.
- Team dashboard access is now part of Premium: staff on a support team can work tickets from the dashboard — view, claim, close and reply, scoped to their team's panels — without needing server admin.
- A homepage FAQ answering the questions we hear most before the bot is invited.

- Documentation screenshots are now generated from a real, seeded environment on every release, so what you see in the docs is what the dashboard actually looks like.

- Non-English documentation pages no longer redirect search-engine crawlers away, so the French, Spanish and Chinese docs can be found in their own languages.
A site that speaks your language — without forcing it

- The marketing site is now fully indexable by search engines, with structured data describing the bot, its pricing and the FAQ.
- Pages load faster: the icon webfont is gone, replaced by inline graphics.

- Visiting in another language now shows a polite offer bar instead of automatically redirecting you.
Closing a ticket is now obvious

- Members can close their own ticket by typing !close — with an optional reason, and it honors your close-confirmation setting.
- A !help text command that shows the same help embed as /help.

- When a member tries a command they can't use, the bot now points them to the Close button instead of a command they can't see.
Dashboard fixes and premium polish

- Ticket-table values no longer freeze at their first rendered state.
- Custom table columns now render reliably after a cold page load.
- The custom footer-branding benefit is now listed on both premium purchase surfaces.
A brand-new dashboard
The web dashboard was redesigned from the ground up: clearer navigation, a cleaner ticket list, and a consistent look across every screen. Everything you had configured carried over unchanged.
Your brand in the footer — and premium goes self-serve

- Premium servers can replace the bot's embed footer with their own text, across every guild-facing embed.
- Premium can now be purchased directly in Discord: run /premium and subscribe with Discord's own checkout (went live July 16).
